The schedule of the semester system appeared as one of the major problems towards executing such activities as the students hardly get anytime to spare after the routine exercise of the semester system. However, somehow the problem is managed by sparing more times after the routine works or sometimes on non-teaching days. Another issue is that initially the students consider these activities worthless as do not contribute to any credit earning. As such it takes time to streamline the students for such initiatives. However, once they acquainted with the work they gradually become fond of it.
