Workshop on folk dance on 15-06-2023

Description: A workshop on folk dance of 15 days duration started on 15th June, 2023 under the courtesy of Assamese Department in collaboration with B. H. College students union. The inauguration programme was held at B. H. College Seminar Hall at 2 PM. Dr. B. C. Pathak, esteemed Principal, B. H. College inaugurated the programme. Rahul D. Saikia, Manager of SBI, Barpeta Road Branch was present in the programme as the chief guest. He appealed the students to preserve the folk culture for their self identities. Esteemed Vice-Principal, Ranjit Bhuyan and Dr. Renu Hazarika, HoD, Assamese explained the importance of the programme. Kushal Rabha, Swapna Hazang, Durlav Hazang and Karamchar Basumatary was present as dance instructor.
