Description: A lecture on "How to Improve Spoken English Proficiency" has been organized today at the seminar Hall, B.H College, Howly under the aegis of English Literary Society, Dept. of English and Add-On Course in Spoken English Proficiency. Prof. Padmini Bhuyan Boruah, HoD, Dept of English Language Teaching, Gauhati University was invited as the key speaker and she delivered a very enriching lecture sharing her knowledge on tactics of spoken English.
