NCC C certificate distribution and motivational speech 2023

Description: NCC Unit, B H College, Howly organized "Felicitation Programme to the "C" Certificate holders Cum Motivational Speech" on 07.10.2023. In this programme Inspector Mijanour Rahman, 10 CRPF participated as speaker. Senior Faculty Prof. Prabeen Maheswari, Inspector Shahjahan Ali Ahmed, SI Abu Taleb, Dr. Nirmali Malakar, Dr. Sultan Ali Ahmed , ANO Lt Dr. Shahjahan Ali participated in the programme. More than 100 NCC Cadets were participated with very colourful programme.
