Description: A Special Lecture Programme on 'Short Story : Technique and Translation' was held in the Seminar Hall of B. H. College, Howly at 12 noon on 20-03-2023. Dr. Debabrat Dutta, HoD, Bangla, B. H. College was invited for the purpose. He highlighted the issue beautifully. Usha Das, President, Sahitya Chora presided over the programme. Sagirika Pathak, Secretary, Sahitya Chora explained the aims and objectives of the event. Bhrinkul Moni Das, Member, Sahitya Chora offered vote of thanks.
