Seminar on Old Assamese Script on 04-03-2023

Description: Knowledge of old Assamese script is essential for acquiring the textual criticism and manuscript reading. So textual criticism and manuscript reading is included in UG and PG curriculum. Taking into account of the needs of the students, a seminar was held at B. H. College Seminar Hall on 04-03-2023 at 10.30 AM. Dhanjit Talukdar, Script Specialist, K.K. Handique Library of Gauhati University participated as resource person. Students were very much benefited by his lecture. Faculty members and students of the Department of Assamese were present in the programme making the event a grand success.
