About Environment Society

The environment society of B.H. College is a wing of B.H. College Science forum was founded in 2017 with an aim to foster beneficial change for a sustainable future. The society seeks to promote an appreciation of nature’s wonders and the incredible gift that is the Earth, to generate awareness regarding various environmental issues and to cultivate a sense of responsibility among one and all to preserve and protect our natural environment.
The environment society of B.H. College embodies the collective effort of our entire college community----- students, faculty and non-teaching staff- to address common environmental concerns and foster environmental awareness.
Objectives:
 To encourage the students and other social groups to acquire knowledge of pollution and environmental degradation.
 To aware the students and other social groups to acquire sensitivity to the environment and its problems and help them to acquire a set of values for environmental protection.
 To provide students and other social groups with an opportunity to be actively involved in environmental protection.
 To make the surrounding cleaner and greener for the current as well as future generations.
 To aware the surrounding people of the rapidly depleting natural resources and make them contribute to the conservation of the same.
